First on the list is none other than Shadow Lugia, a greatly improved version of this legendary Pokémon.
Of all the Pokémon cards available, Shadow Lugia is the only one with an absurd 1000 damage.
His Shadow Storm can require four Psychic Energy cards, but once he has them, he's unstoppable.
This Lugia TCG also has a really high HP of 300, making it either the strongest Pokemon card or one of the strongest.
2. Mega Venusaur EX

Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
Next up on this list is the Mega Venusaur EX. In the past, Venusaur and some other third-tier Pokémon couldn't Mega Evolve and were introduced much later.
This Mega Venusaur TCG comes with 230 HP and only one attack move. Her Crisis Vine does 120 damage and only requires three Leaf Energy cards and one Colorless Energy card.
This attack also causes the opponent's Active Pokémon to be Paralyzed and Poisoned at the same time. How bad is that?
3. Rayquaza C Nv. X

Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
Rayquaza C Lv. X is also one of the best Pokemon cards and has an HP of 120. This Legendary Dragon Pokemon allows you to take an Energy card from the discard pile and attach it to itself if it is attacked but not killed. This Dragon Spirit move is applied when it is your Active Pokemon.
That means Rayquaza can easily stock up on energy cards without you losing too many turns. He also has a really powerful attack (Final Blowup) that deals 200 damage.
However, after the attack, all energy cards must be discarded unless you run out of cards.
4.Glurak G Nv. X

The next isGlurak G Nv. X, which also deals nasty damage. This Pokemon has 120 HP and a special passive move, which is Call for Power.
You can move Energy cards from other Pokémon to Charizard before it attacks during your turn. It can be done as many times as you like, but it won't work if Charizard is suffering from a special ailment.
It takes a whopping 5 Energy cards to unleash his malevolent fire, dealing 150 damage. Unfortunately, if you flip a coin and get tails, you must discard all energy cards.
5. M. Gengar EX
Amazon Product Advertising API Pricing at:
Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
Mega Gengar EX is also a pretty awesome Ghost-type Pokemon card and has a more unique move. It has 220 hp, which is also quite high.
Its Phantom Gate move requires 1 psychic energy card and 2 colorless cards. You can choose the attack of the opponent's Pokémon and use it as your own.
How cool is that?
6. Armando EX
Amazon Product Advertising API Pricing at:
Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
Armaldo EX has 160 HP and two active attack moves. His double armor passive turns Armaldo into a hand type and fights when he has a reaction card attached.
His Spiral Drain attack deals 40 damage while removing two damage counters from himself.
Armaldo EX also has a stronger Vortex Chop attack that deals 70 damage. However, if the opposing Pokémon has a resistance, the damage increases to 100 points.
7. Mega-Blastoise EX
Amazon Product Advertising API Pricing at:
Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
Another great Pokémon card is Mega Blastoise EX. It has a Mega Evolution rule, which means that if one of your Pokémon Mega Evolves, you end your turn.
However, it has a pretty powerful attack (Hydro Bombard). Does 120 damage and an additional 30 damage to two of your opponent's Benched Pokémon (without applying Resistance or Weakness).
This turn requires only three Water Energy cards.
8. Bright Meow

Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
Next up is Shining Mew (in the sense that it's blue). The card itself is simply called Mew.
Mew can use Mimicry to imitate an attack from one of its opponent's Pokémon. It won't work if Mew doesn't have the necessary Energy cards for that attack.
His rainbow wave is a much cooler move that requires you to attach a water energy card and any basic energy cards if you want. The attack does 20 damage to each opposing Pokémon of the same type as the basic Energy card.
Benched Pokémon are also dealt damage, but Resistance and Weakness do not apply to them.
9. Mega-Rayquaza EX
Amazon Product Advertising API Pricing at:
Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
Like other Mega Pokémon cards, this M Rayquaza EX has the rule that the turn ends if another Mega Pokémon evolves.
It only has one active turn, which is Dragon Ascension. Mega Rayquaza requires three fire energy cards, one electric energy card, and one colorless card.
This attack does a really high damage of 300, but it comes at the cost of discarding two Energy cards after the attack.
10. Mega Tyranitar EX
Amazon Product Advertising API Pricing at:
Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
Mega Tyranitar also comes with the Mega Evolution rule like some of the cards mentioned above.
It only has one active train called the Destroyer King. This move does 110 base damage and an additional 60 damage for each damage counter on the opponent's Active Pokémon, making it one of the best Pokémon cards out there.
This move requires two dark and two colorless energy cards.
11. Dragonita EX
Amazon Product Advertising API Pricing at:
Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
It would have been strange if Dragonite hadn't been mentioned at all. Dragonite EX has a special ability called Pull Up where you put 2 Basic Pokemon from the discard pile into your hand when you play this Pokemon.
Its main move is Hyper Beam and it deals a high damage of 130 points. It only requires four colorless Energy cards, and you can discard any Energy cards attached to the opponent's Active Pokémon.
12. Mega Exceptil EX
Amazon Product Advertising API Pricing at:
Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
Another EX Pokemon on this list is Mega Sceptile EX, which has 220 HP.
This Pokemon also has the Mega Evolution rule, as mentioned above.
It only has one attack move (Jagged Saber) that deals 100 damage. You may attach up to 2 Leaf Energy cards from your hand to your Benched Pokémon. Doing this allows you to remove all damage from that particular Pokemon.
13. Charizard EX - Black Star XY
Amazon Product Advertising API Pricing at:
Prices and product availability are correct as of the date/time shown and are subject to change. All pricing and availability information displayed on [Relevant Amazon Sites] at the time of purchase is for the purchase of this product.
Last but not least is Charizard EX (XY Black Star) and it has an HP of 180. This Pokemon has two active turns.
The first turn is Stoke and only requires 1 colorless Energy card. If you get heads, you can take 3 basic Energy cards from the deck and attach them to this Pokémon. How cool is that?
The main attack move is Fire Blast and it deals 120 damage. After using this move, you must discard an Energy card of this Pokémon. This turn only requires 3 colorless energy cards and a fire energy card.
